not suitable for your income? The HomeOwnership Center provides a FREE two-hour Refinance Class presenting an overview of the refinance process.
You will learn how to:
• Calculate the maximum loan amount and monthly payment that you can afford.
• Estimate the value of your home by using the internet.
• Build your credit score to qualify for the best mortgage.
• Avoid predatory lending.
• Predict what the lender will expect in order to approve your loan.
The Refinance Class may be your first step to a secure and happy home.
This class is approved for two (2) hours of training required for the Ohio Housing Finance Agency’s Opportunity Loan refinance program.
