The Ohio Housing Trust Fund has selected the HomeOwnership Center of Greater Dayton to administer monies from the Ohio Home Fund in the greater Dayton area. Home owners meeting income qualifications and other requirements may apply for mortgage assistance payments -- not exceeding the lesser of $3,000 or three (3) months payments -- to facilitate a work out with the lender.
