First-Time Homebuyer Class

A three-week (8 hour) series that provides step-by-step guidance on successfully purchasing a home. 

Cost: $40 per household

This class provides eight hours of training to guide potential buyers through all aspects of the home purchase process.  In addition to certified staff instructors, outside speakers such as realtors, lenders and other housing professionals are used.
