Home Maintenance 101

A three-week (8 hour) series designed to teach the basics of caring for your home--inside and out.

Cost: $30 per household

Home Maintenance 101 provides eight hours of education designed to help new homeowners understand basic home systems and preventive maintenance.  This class will help you understand and plan for the responsibilities of homeownership.

Training materials include a PowerPoint presentation and corresponding guide designed by the HomeOwnership Center. Instructors include HomeOwnership Center staff and experts from the home inspection/rehabilitation fields.
