A free, one-hour session that presents options for getting your mortgage back on track.

Are you having trouble with your mortgage?  This meeting provides an overview of options available to homeowners who are facing job loss, divorce, or other financial challenges that have caused difficulty with a home mortgage.  The session includes a summary of:

• The Obama Administration's Making Home Affordable Program
• Ohio's Hardest Hit Funds program: Restoring Stability, A Save the Dream Ohio Initiative.
• Standard foreclosure prevention options through mortgage lenders and servicers, such as loan modifications, special forebearance agreements, repayment plans, partial claim, deed-in-lieu, and other opportunities.
