Employer Assisted Homeownership Program
How can you grow your bottom line while retaining more of your employees?
Employer Assisted Homeownership is an employer-sponsored program that encourages employees to achieve their homeownership goals while ultimately helping to improve the community and the employer’s bottom line.
Your company invests significant resources to recruit and train employees. Cultivating loyalty and supporting financially stable employees, who have a stake in the community, are key to employee retention. An EAH is a cost-effective, easily administered employee benefit that will help you do just that. By participating in an EAH program, you can expect:
- Employment recruiting and retention programming that includes homeownership and financial education, coaching, and down payment assistance
- Reduced tardiness, absenteeism, and turnover
- Increased employee loyalty and productivity
- Community involvement and recognition
