Residents listed on the lease agreement for this home may be eligible to buy the home. The purchase program includes the following:
- A potential discount on the price of your home based upon the time you have leased the home. The longer you’ve lived in the home, the bigger your discount on the home’s purchase price.
- Downpayment assistance to those who qualify based upon their income and household size.
- Residential mortgage lenders may offer discounted loan products to further incentivize the home purchase.
