Home Maintenance Class

What would you do if you needed to repair a leaky faucet or replace a light switch? Do you know what jobs to tackle yourself and which are better handled by the experts? As a homeowner, you can save a lot of money when you learn to maintain your home.

Buying a home is a great step towards securing your future. However, you need to ensure your investment keeps its value and continues to grow.

We’ve partnered with Habitat for Humanity to provide home maintenance classes. Home Maintenance is taught by the Habitat instructors, and is designed to familiarize families with basic house maintenance, mechanics, and repair.  The course is structured to help families identify common problems that may occur in their homes. The class is held one night a week for three weeks and each session lasts about 90 minutes. Classes are held at the Habitat office.  Dates and times vary.
